The Registry and this changelog showed Ezio Cardone and Adèle Maurique as “4/4 PASS”, with scores that appear in no published review, and described the missing seat as having passed “on transient retry”. The faculty repository holds three review JSONs for each of them, and the Q2 orchestrator saves nothing for a seat that fails. The records now read: Ezio Cardone 3/3 PASS — Anthropic 9.1, Moonshot 8.1, Groq 8.7 (no Cerebras review); Adèle Maurique 3/3 PASS — Cerebras 9.3, Moonshot 8.43, Groq 8.7 (no Anthropic review); Tomaso Riviera 3/3 PASS with reduced quorum — Cerebras 9.3, Moonshot 9.3, Groq 8.7 (no Anthropic review). Conferral dates are aligned with the review JSONs and the roster: Costanza Notari 2026-05-13, Ezio Cardone and Adèle Maurique 2026-05-19. Sofia Lume’s retroactive review of 2026-05-14 carries a FAIL from the Anthropic seat on a veto criterion; her status is shown as veto pending until a new defense.

Pages described the Council in three ways — “five voices”, “Dean plus four seats”, “four families plus a fifth synthesis model”. There is no fifth synthesis model in the code: the Dean presides and four seats (Anthropic, Cerebras, Moonshot, Groq) score and vote. The entry of 2026-08-12 below changed the orchestrator defaults (Dean Claude Fable 5, Faculty Chair Claude Sonnet 5), and the Moonshot default names Kimi K2, but no defense has been run with them: every published defense used the models above. Every surface now states the recorded models and marks the upgrade as planned.
